Colin is the Principal Engineer and has over 35 years experience in Local Government, including Engineering and Management.
He has worked at a number of Councils such as Kogarah, Randwick, Sutherland, Wollongong and Kiama Councils, and has also provided Local Government consultancy services.

In these roles Colin has worked on numerous projects including the $20 million Crown Street Mall refurbishment project at Wollongong Council, Bourke Street Cycleway for Botany Council and numerous traffic, road and stormwater drainage ‘design and construct’ projects. He has also been involved and chaired numerous
Local Traffic and Access Committees in his roles and worked on a number of state significant projects.

Colin has strong management skills, having performed Senior roles in Councils, acting as Director and Manger of multi-disciplinary teams delivering design, documentation and project management services.
He is very experienced in civil design, water sensitive urban design, infrastructure engineering, hydrology and hydraulic modelling.

Colin has extensive experience in the use of the AutoCAD Suite including AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map, Civil 3D, AutoTRACK as well as Mapinfo, QGIS, ArcGIS, DRAINS, HEC-RAS and TUFLOW.

Colin has a demonstrated track record in delivering exceptional results for his clients with due regard for budget constraints, environmental issues, and construction timeframes.
